Australian Domestic Shipping - (Express Post)
All Australian orders are sent Express Post. This means fast delivery - usually next business day within the Express Post network (Australian capital cities and major metro areas). Regional areas outside the express post network may be 2-5 days. It also means that when your order is dispatched you will be notified and a tracking number will be provided to you to track your delivery. The tracking number and notifications are sent to the email address that you provide upon checkout.
Our domestic express shipping is left in a safe place at your address. If you don’t want the items left unattended we recommend the use of AusPost parcel lockers - more information can be found here.
Express Post remains our fastest postal delivery option, but current circumstances mean we can't guarantee next-business-day delivery at the moment.
We want you to be happy with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return of any full priced item.
